For businesses that run on a website form and an inbox
Carry the work forward, on your terms.
A customer fills in your form. Charter reads it, checks it is work you do in an area you cover, drafts the reply in your words, and sends it to your inbox. Reply YES and it goes out. Nothing reaches a customer until you say so.
Before you switch anything on, Charter shows you what it would have written for inquiries you already answered.
Article I. Onboarding
Onboarding is four questions.
Where you work, what you do, how customers book time with you, and your rate. Then point your form's notifications at a Charter address, or connect the mailbox they already land in. That is the whole setup. Nothing to import, no workflow to draw, and no model account to open.
- Four answers and an email address
- Charter supplies the AI, metered in credits. No provider key, no token pricing.
- Switches turn on. They turn off the same way.
- Where do you work?
- What do you do?
- How do customers book time with you?
- Your rate, if you want ballparks
Article II. Proof
Watch it work on inquiries you already answered.
Charter takes your recent form submissions and shows you what it would have written for each one, beside the original. Nothing is sent to anyone. If the drafts are not right, you have spent ten minutes finding out.
- Your real inquiries, not a demo account
- No customer hears from Charter during a replay
- Turn the switch on only if you like what you read
Hi, we are looking to repaint the exterior of our house in Wheat Ridge. Two storey, built in 1998. Roughly what would that cost and how soon could you start?
Article III. Review
Approve from your inbox.
Every message to a customer waits for you. Charter emails you the exact draft. Reply YES to send it, NO to drop it, or send back a corrected version and Charter replaces the draft and asks again.
- Approve from your phone, on site, between jobs
- A changed price, recipient, or attachment invalidates the approval
- Pause, resume, or cancel a run at any point
Article IV. Record
Your quotes and invoices, numbered and tracked.
Charter keeps every estimate and invoice it prepares, with a number, a customer, a total, and a status you move from sent to accepted to paid. It chases the quiet ones. Every run records what it read, what it prepared, who approved it, and what the provider confirmed.
- Draft numbers for your own reference, not accounting entries
- Action receipts for every external step
- An uncertain result is held and reconciled, never blindly retried
Switches
Five things you can switch on.
Each one is a fixed piece of work shaped by your four answers. Turning it on saves it, simulates it, and activates it in one step. Turning it off stops it.
- 01
Reply to inquiries
A form submission becomes a drafted reply, checked against the area you cover and the work you do. Out of area, you get a polite decline to review instead.
- 02
Add a ballpark
Under your size threshold, attach a clearly labeled ballpark from the property's recorded size. Above it, get a visit brief instead.
- 03
Quote from your notes
Email your notes after a visit. Charter prices only what your notes and your rate card cover, and asks you about the rest rather than inventing it.
- 04
Invoice a finished job
Name the job. Charter finds the accepted estimate, converts it, and prepares the invoice for review, with both records linked.
- 05
Chase what has gone quiet
Quotes with no answer and invoices past due get a reminder, until the customer replies, you mark it paid, or you step in.
Connections
Connect only what the work needs.
Charter supplies the AI. There is no model account to open and no token pricing to set. Bring your email when you are ready, or do not: point your website form at a Charter address and approve by reply.
Pilot
Start with one piece of work.
Charter is opening a bounded, invite-only pilot for a small number of business owners. Tell us about the work you would like carried forward, and we will tell you plainly whether Charter can do it yet.
