How to reach us
Email support@usecharter.com or use the form on this page. The form is delivered to the same support inbox, and we reply by email. There is no phone line and no live chat.
If you are writing to ask about joining the pilot, use the pilot request instead. It asks for the details we need to tell you plainly whether Charter fits the work you have in mind.
What to include
A few specifics let us answer in one reply instead of three:
- Which business you are writing about, and the workspace name if you have one.
- What you were trying to do: the workflow, the run, or the setting involved.
- What happened, including the exact message you saw and roughly when.
Never send passwords, credentials, or API keys. We do not need them to help you, and we will never ask for them by email. If a connection needs to be reset, we will walk you through doing it from your own account.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in Charter, tell us privately at support@usecharter.com with the subject line “Security report”. Describe what you found and how to reproduce it. Do not access, change, or keep other people's information while you investigate, and please hold off on sharing the issue publicly until we have fixed it or told you that we will not.
We acknowledge every report by email and keep you informed as we work on it. We do not run a bounty program and do not publish a fixed response timeline.
Company
Charter is a product of Quintessence Group, Inc., alongside Scoped, where work items live, and Aether, where durable knowledge lives. Charter works with both and requires neither.
