Charter documentation.

Charter is being prepared for a private, invite-only pilot. These guides describe how the workspace works, for owners who join that pilot and for anyone deciding whether it fits their business.

Charter answers the inquiries that arrive through your website form, prepares your quotes and invoices, and chases the ones that go quiet. It drafts, you approve by email, and it keeps a record of what it read, what it prepared, who approved it and what the provider confirmed. The guides below cover setting that up, what Charter can connect to, and exactly what it can and cannot do. Where something is not settled or not built, the guides say so rather than leaving it to guesswork.

Nothing here needs an account to read. The workspace itself is invite-only.

Guides

  • Workflow guide

Four answers and an email address, a replay on your own recent inquiries, what turning a switch on does, approving by email, and the builder for owners who want to describe their own outcome.

  • Connections

The email you connect, the Charter address that needs no account, and why connecting an account never grants an action on its own.

  • Capabilities reference

Each capability behind the switches, with its inputs, the result it produces, its permission boundary and its current limits.

  • How it works

A plain walkthrough of one run, from the inquiry that starts it to the record of what was read, prepared and confirmed.

  • Request a demo

What a pilot involves, who it suits, and how to tell us about the work you would like carried forward.

Getting help

Pilot participants can reach us at any point during setup or review. Use the contact page or write to support@usecharter.com. Include the workspace name and, if the question is about a specific run, what you expected to happen and what the run record shows. We reply by email.

If a run is waiting on you, the workspace says so and names the next action. If you are unsure whether an action went through, do not repeat it: open the run and read the action receipt first, or ask us to check.
